More Scooter & skating time

Aren't they cute ~ The girls have enjoyed playing outside on their scooters & Ella got some shoes with wheels / they have wheels on the front & back of the shoe.

Ella was skating slowly and so I reached out my hand to her to pull her faster and she said, Mom if you pull me I'll never learn to skate. I was surprised and totally agreed. Good thinking Ella!

Backyard fun

Kiddie Pool has been a highlight of the summer! The girls love to play in it. The other day Kevin got a new sprinkler for the backyard and Ella has had lots of fun playing with it!

Liv got a Scooter

Kevin decided it was time for Liv to have a scooter! She was so excited to ride it!

This was a close one but she didn't fall! She stood up and said, "I'm okay"

Ella was ready to show her all her tricks and even ready to race her. Liv agreed to the race but didn't wait for Ella to say go - she just took off which Ella declared, "wasn't fair".

Okay I haven't been blogging for a while now. Word press is much more sophisticated than blogger but not so user friendly. For me right now the only way I am going to blog is if it is easy and convenient.

Pool Time

Today we went to the pool with Hilary. The girls were really good!! We had fun and they were so cute! Hilary gave them a popsicle - Of course Liv loved hers but Ella's got melted because she was too busy swimming! Ella was a little fish and swam from one end of the pool to the other and jumped in and had a blast. Liv played on the stairs and tried to stay out of Ella's splash zone but she definitely had a splash zone of her own. Liv loved kicking.  Can't wait to go back!
